A new $3.6 million retail development is planned for San Antonio’s rapidly growing Far Westside, bringing additional dining, coffee, and healthcare options to one of the city’s fastest-expanding corridors.
The project, known as Potranco Square, will be built at 2112 Potranco Road and is expected to serve nearby residential communities, including Crown Meadows, Timber Ridge, and the broader Alamo Ranch area.
The 6,100-square-foot shopping center will include several tenants, such as Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, as well as restaurant and coffee concepts. Potranco Square LLC, led by San Antonio dentist and business owner Dr. Joanna Ayala, is developing the project.
Construction is scheduled to begin in September, with completion anticipated in summer 2027.
